All about Eyes..

I'm not sure it's my genes or because I spend most of my day staring at a computer screen, but I was starting to get pretty bad dark circles and wrinkles and sometimes even puffy eyes. So that's when I started my proper eye care routine. And trust me it took me more than a couple of trials to find a product which actually works.

Eye Cream

I have three favourite eye creams.

Clinique All About Eyes

But I had to spend a fortune to get them as it's quite expensive. Now that I am a student I have been looking for more affordable yet quite effective replacement, and I did find another drugstore product which is not bad at all for about 1/3 of the price of the above products.

However I do think if you are in your early 20s brands like BodyShop & even Garnier are very good for daily use, as long as you do it daily as a habit.

Eye Care

Green Tea Bags Trick

All you have to do is, keep your used green tea bags in the fridge. and take two cold bags and place them on your close eye lids. Sit back relax for 15-20 minutes. I do this twice a week and it helped me to reduce my dark circles a lot. However if you want to do an intense week of this you can too. in that case do this twice a day for a week and see the results.

Eye Masks

I don't use a lot of eye masks as I believe its stupid to spend money when you can do the trick with tea bags, however when I am have a long week or a month of intense studying or working in front of the computer screen, I try to double up my eye care game with few eye masks.

Eye Make-Up

I always love doing my eye make-up, perfect eyeliner gives you power. True Story!

Eye-Liner

My go to eyeliner was, Maybelline - Lasting Drama Pen Gel Liner.

However ever since I moved to Paris I was not able to find this anywhere. Not even from Singapore. So I gave up. Now I have two Favourite replacements. ( I'm Sorry but, they are more expensive though) All these are waterproof by the way, I only use water proof as I wear it through-out the day.

Killer Eyebrows

I'm so glad the think eyebrows are back. From Audrey Hepburn's signature eyes to Cara Delevingne and Lily Collins, Thick eyebrow game has come far and strong.

To be honest, I haven't tried a lot of different products. Probably because I was happy with my first purchases for my eyebrows. So these are the two products I use & love,

Eyelashes

I love Mascara. But I am not the kinda girl who puts eyelash extensions, simply because I am blessed with long eyelashes.

So my go to mascara has always been Maybelline. coming from L'oreal company, even-though it's a drug store product and Maybelline is perfectly the best brand for eye-makeup. and Revlon isn't half bad too. About the eyelash curler, MUST USE one! and trust me you don't need to spend much money on it at all.

Eye Shadow

I am not the girl to give advice about eyeshadow, cos I suck at it. But with my sisters knowledge and being an idiot at eyeshadow, What I have learnt is that, These tips and products will make sure any idiot can be good at applying eye shadow. If not, just go on Pinterest or Youtube.
