SkinCare : Cleansers & Toners

It has been ages since I have posed anything over here and I'm sorry for that.. I have been travelling during Holidays.

Anyway..... As Promised, Here is my post about my daily skin care.

Over years I have gone from the basic to the most expensive skin care habits. From Bio to pharmaceutical skin care products, so with all those experiences these are my best picks. and these are what i am currently using.

I am breaking the subject in to 3 Posts,

1. Cleansers & Toners

2. Daily Moisturisers & Serums (Day & Night)

3. Masks & Special care

Cleansers

Lets start with cleansing, as it is the first step in skin care anyway. I use 4 Cleansers... well you'll see how.

1. Body Shop Vitamin C DailyGlow Cleaning Polish.

I use this every morning. This gives a nice polish to my skin and it really make the skin bright.

(its definitely not for Whiting as I don't endorse whiting at all!! Embrace your skin tone Its the perfect tone for you! TRUST ME ON THAT)

However, I do not use this after a day of make-up, for a deep cleanse, as I don't think its enough.

2. Neutrogena Deep Clean Purifying Clay Cleanser

This is a very basic cleanser you can get from anywhere but it is perfect for daily deep cleaning. To be honest I think any Neutrogena Deep Cleanser would do the job.

3. Kiehl's Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser

This is my all time favourite cleanser. If you have regular breakouts this is the Boomb! It is a little expensive, thats why I don't use it daily, but it really does the job. It Cleanse & Gently exfoliate, Gives a good even tone, But my favourite thing about it is that it has this amazing Amazonian white clay which will reduce the appearance of your pores.

But remember, when I say even skin tone, most girls expect their skin to be same colour all over. That is humanly impossible. our skin is meant to be different shades in different places (even in different places in your face) So remember that. it is ok to have that as long as you try to get rid of your dark spots and dark circles under your eyes.

4. Garnier Pure 3in1 Wash, Scrub & Mask

Garnier is the very first facial cleanser I got for me as a teenager and I still like the brand.

This masks makes your blackhead whiteheads vanish like nothing. I use thins once a week, or even 3 times a week, depending on my skin condition for a deep deep clean. The best part is, its a Wash, Scrub & Mask at the same time and it really works as each of that depends on the way you use it.

Coming from the mother company L'Oreal Paris, I do know that most of the research & developments they do for their other brands they do share most technologies. So even though Garnier as a brand falls under Consumer Products Division, it has a higher value to it.

Toners

To be really honest I didn't start to use a toner regularly until recently. I did use one and off through out my 20's, But never stuck to it really. But now, As I know anti ageing should start from late 20's I do use one which really love.

1. FRESH Rose Floral Toner Floral

This product is so amazing, I am in love with it. best part is you can just spray it in to your face after cleansing, you don't have to do the cotton and toner dance. #lazygirlfriendly. Amazing fragrance, refreshing and perfect.

I only use this at the moment but i have few other recommendations, which I have used in the past.

2. SK II Facial Treatment Essence

This works miracles, literarlly. I used this for 5 years and my face texture was so perfect, I can put my good word on this product any day!! So why I stopped it? It was simply tooooo expensive for me to use after I left my job in Singapore.

3. FRESH Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner

4. BodySHop Vitamin E Moisturising Tonic
